2 month check up for GRAM

Here are some pics of the growing baby!!
He is now 2 months old weighing in at 14lbs.1 oz NAKED!
And he is now measuring 25inches long.....he's a whopper!
I love the snapshot I got of him smiling at LIAM....they hold him pretty much EVERY morning!

Kindergarten, Soccer and Toothless!

Greetings! Yes I'm busy as you all figured I'd be...3 children 5 and under are "interesting"....
The latest: Liam started Kindergarten and I caved and let him ride the bus...just for the fact that it ended up being much more easier on me and also Liam begged to ride the bus! He started playing soccer....its funny watching them...they have no clue! But he has fun and that is what's important! His tooth started to wiggle a couple of days ago so we have been working on it..but low and behold the first soccer game he had a post game snack of a rice crispy treat and lets just say one bite and the tooth was gone, literally. So we wrote the tooth fairy a note apologizing for the loss and still asked for money even though she wouldn't be getting a tooth :-)
Ella is doing just fine....it was an adjustment for her having Liam go to school. She wanted to go and then when he started to ride the bus...Mercy! That was a long week of tears...she wanted to ride it too!
Gram is growing and that's about all I can say about him....he eats, sleeps and poops! He has learned to go along with us and fusses about it every once in awhile.
I took a picture of Liam on the couch today sleeping because he just looked so big to me....wait until he's 16! I'm sure his legs will hang off....something for me to compare with in the future.
Ella was playing with her new tinkerbell and Gram, sleeping peacefully!

Canoe trip and 2 week check up!

Mr. Gram is now almost 3 weeks old.......sniffle, sniffle.....
He is weighing 9lbs 14oz....and they measured him at 22.5inches??? which he was born at 20inches so I am wondering if this might be stretched a bit....but anyways...Doc was pleased with his weight gain since he was 8.8oz at birth...I told him that I eat McDonald's a lot so that might play a factor...:-)
Thus far he sleeps, eats and poops....he is starting to stay awake more....due to Liam and Ella CONSTANTLY pawing at him....but he's pretty laid back so he seems to be immune to them.
Liam went on a canoe trip with daddy last Saturday.....he loved it of course......I went to Target with Ella and Gram....and I loved it of course!!

Welcome our newest little bundle......Gram William Spurlock....
yes I stayed with my 4 letter theme....plus I liked the way Gram looked with the "whole" name for those of you wondering why the different spelling......
Here are some pictures...he weighed 8.8lbs and was 20" long...my doctor predicted a 7lb baby, glad I was induced a week early!! Labor went well....had my Epidural and sat there with no problem watching my soaps and chomping ice!! Funny story: My doctor came in and said how long has it been since you've been checked?? I replied...umm I don't know, we were watching Family Feud....she lifted my blankets and his head was crowning......lets just say things got busy at that point and I missed General Hospital :-)

Just in case your wondering......................

Yep still Pregnant! I am now 36 weeks and still feeling pretty good, even though my stomach grows on a daily basis. BUT trying to enjoy every last minute of it since I am "planning" on this one to be the last time I'm pregnant.
We fixed our golf cart tonight so while the kiddos are out enjoying a ride I thought I'd take a moment to do a little update.
The other picture is from a Cincinnati Reds Baseball game that we went to, I think it was the hottest day of the summer that day. Needless to say I did not sit in the stands, I found a security guard that felt sorry for me and he gave me a chair to sit on in the breezeway...so the kids and I enjoyed snow cones and sat there while daddy profusely sweat through the whole game in the stands.

VACATION

So this post is going to be a LOT of pictures...We went to St.Pete near Tampa,FL for a little vacation before baby arrives. It went to much to my SURPRISE very well....the flight down went well...the hotel was nice, due to hotwire bidding and not knowing what we were getting ourselves into....and then sleeping arrangements....??? was wondering how that was going to work out...BUT thanks to the hotel they upgraded us to a room with a "kids" room that had bunk beds and the kids SLEPT in them!! Liam learned how to swim without using floaties and Ella did great too!
The hotel also had a swingset on the beach where we spent most of Ella's time there....also had outdoor hammocks which was nice, but difficult for me to get out of them....I am now 33 weeks preggers and still thinking 6 weeks left??? Really??? For those doing math....I am planning to go a week early....hopefully....! We also went to Busch Gardens...again got there @11am and didn't leave until 6pm, with no breakdowns! Unbelievable!!

Happy 5th Birthday Liam!

Pappy Cook....about two months before he passed.

WOW! This month has flew by!! Liam turned 5 on April 7th....although we celebrated his birthday, we also had to say goodbye to my "pappy". He passed on April 2nd...
So with Liam's birthday, Easter and the funeral...lets just say the last two weeks were somewhat a blur....
We just ended up having a very small little party for Liam back home in Indiana with family.
Here is a picture of me.....I am now 27 1/2 weeks preggers...and with this third baby, I feel like I'm bigger than I ever was with the other two. My doc says because all of the muscles are stretched and its just "kaboom" out there. My mother doesn't help, she says it will be very interesting to see how I look in July!! She thinks my belly is much bigger with this one too....Oh, and my husband as well...
I will try to post a monthly picture of myself...even though it goes against my will. I am not a fan of pregnancy pictures of moi'

WE ARE HAVING A..........

BOY!

For some of you this is going to be a complete surprise that I'm pregnant!! So, SURPRISE!
I am now 22 weeks, my due date is set for July 22nd, but my doctor (god bless her) has no problem inducing me early!! So I imagine I will be going a little earlier than that.

You may have been wondering, why have I waited to tell the news?? Well, I miscarried before this one and then the first three months of the pregnancy was touch and go for a bit....ended up at the ER once and the doc told me that my body was attempting to miscarry again...so now that everything seems to be off and running...I feel a little more confident.

So....that is what has been happening here!
We signed Liam up for kindergarten this week...(sniffle,sniffle) I cannot believe he will be going to school!!
He had his first "sport" practice yesterday...it was a little intimidating at first, but he ended up loving it.....
It was funny, he was the largest kid out there and he was the most intimidated....but he made it!
